The second is POSTAL CODE. The postal code wil be used to locate the area, but the situation whereby you put in the wrong postal code your PIN will be sent to another place. Go to http://nipost.com And locate ur area postal code.
The last one is the sluggish,unequiped and insensitive of the Nigeria post services. Some times the letter may be lost or due may be misplaced with another. So to avoid this, always check the post office and remind them of your incoming letters and how they wil look like.
