Is fun chating with your facebook friends but at a time it will be boring, like the situation of having many friends on facebook and when ever you login into facebook, you will see about 500 facebook friends on facebook chat!!! which is boring and in some situation some of your friends will be talking trash..So i have to find a way to make my social networking to be fun, and i found how to
hide from certain friends and choose those you will like to chat with, thereby making your privacy better.
Here is how to do it
Click on the chat box, when it pop up, locate the star like this
at the top of your chat sidebar and click on it, Then go advance setting....click on it and Your advanced settings give you a few different visibility options. You can:
Stay online (available) to most friends and go offline (unavailable) to specific friends or friend lists.
Stay offline (unavailable) to most friends and go online (available) to specific friends or friend lists
Go offline (unavailable) to all friends
You can also go offline to someone while you're chatting with them. At the top of your chat window, click the and select Go Offline to X.
Note: If you manage friend lists on chat, you may see some of your friends listed as "offline." To appear online to any friend, update your privacy settings or click on their names to start chatting.
