After you must have open the blog....head over to new post... and write and post about three different quality contents. if you are through with that the posts then enter your blogger dashboard and click on monetize and then start to fill in the adsense form.

Donatus its not that simple, i actually posted more than 10 unique content on my blog but it took me almost 2 week for my account to be approved. I think the most important thing to consider is to read their policy and avoid any possible breach eg posting adult content only etc.
